乗り始めてからすぐ気づいたことですが、ドアの取り付け部(ヒンジ)は鋳物あるいは削りだし部品で出来ています。
楽生がこれまで乗ってきた日本車では厚みがあるプレス部品が使われていました。
昔友人のゴルフ2に乗せてもらったときにもGOlf7と同じ部品で、時代遅れじゃないかと思っていました。日本のプレス部品の方が先を行っていると思いました。
長年つきあってきた販売店で代車として借りてきたVW車でも今回紹介する部品仕様になっていたので、いつまで続くのかとも思っていました。
今回Golf7とつきあうようになり改めてこの部品が使われているのを知ると、こだわりなんだろうなと思うようになりました。
そうじゃないといやじゃないですか。自分が佳いと思った車なんですから。
必要だとするとドアが確実に開け閉めできるようガタがこない頑丈さとその能力を支持する方法がこの部品と言うことになります。
理由を技術さんに聞きたいな。
