改めて中国はすごい国になる可能性があると思うようになりました。
こう考えるに至った中国の取り組みは4つ。
1)外国先端技術の買収
2)外資合弁企業の研究開発部門設置義務化。
3)自国内開発力要請強化。
4)現場工場内にも集団力高める努力。
1)外国先端技術の買収
a)自動車の最先端制御技術の習得
以前紹介した、アメリカのEV,PHVベンチャーフィスカー・オートモティブ(Fisker Automotive)に触手を伸ばしている。
b)先端リチウムイオン電池会社を買収し電池技術でも世界最先端技術を習得
A123システムズ(A123 Systems)
c)BMWの金型製造会社買収し鉄板加工ノウハウの習得。
これは下に説明する鋼板加工技術として有用。したでまとめ説明。
2)外資合弁企業の研究開発部門設置義務化。
日産と一緒になって鉄板を使用するほとんどの車が使用したい軽くて頑強な高張力鋼板生産が中国鉄鋼大手宝鋼集団(元々は新日鐵(現新日鐵住金)の技術協力で建設した製鉄所)によってできるようになった。
この鋼板を上記のドイツならではの金型技術で加工する。
丈夫で軽い車を思ったデザイン通りに作り上げられるんです。
3)自国内開発力要請強化。
1000億円単位で開発投資し自国内の開発力向上にも熱心。
リーフに5年で追いついたと胸を張る、中国自動車最大手の上海汽車集団はEV「栄威E50(roewe e50)」を発売開始。
サイズは、日本の軽自動車を一回り大きくした程度
最高速度は130km/hですが、航続距離は180km/hとリーフに劣らない。

ちなみにタイヤサイズは175/60 R13 です。

フロントデザインこそリーフをまねしているように見えますが、これまでの中国とは違う怖さを感じます。
4)現場工場内にも集団力高める努力。
また、ある工場では「没問題是壊事」(問題ないは悪いこと)とトヨタのカンバンを手本に現場力を高めようとしています。
トヨタカローラを「品質」で抜くことを目標にがんばっているようです。
先端技術を豊富な資金と人数で吸い取り、自国民の先端能力の向上に努めさらに現場にも個々人ではなく集団力をつけようとしている。
眠れる獅子が本当に目覚め活動を開始したらそれを止められるものはいない。

外国企業の権利剥奪と国内企業の保護
紛れも無く本気で世界一みたいですけど
技術供与の有り方も考え直さないとね？

パクリの域を超えなければ恐れることはないのですが、有り余った金にものを言わせて世界の技術を取り込み始めているところが怖いです。
自分の国の中で必要なものを作れるようになったら日本のものを買ってくれなくなるわけで。
